All merchandise is shipped prepaid in the USA by UPS, Fedex, DHL or by truck for oversized items.

Freight claims for loss or damage must be made by you with the delivery carrier, but please call our 800 # to notify us for replacement service.

Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax.
